Born in South Africa and growing up in Italy can easily explain the connection to people and the simple things in life, and what better way to do it through the beauty of 35mm film.

Growing up we were always surrounded by photography (and art in general) due to my dads photography passion. A passion that grew slowly but steady in me, and withouth even noticing, at the age on 13 i got my hands on my first mirrorles Canon. The interest grew very rapidly afterwards and without even understanding, I was already pulled towards street photography, taking (very) basic photos on holidays of people just living their daily life.

It´s when I discovered through Ted Forbes (The art of photograpy), the great street photographer John Free, that I understood and fell deeply in love with street photograpy and 35mm film. I was 20´ when I knew that this vast world of photography was my biggest passion, unconsciously passed on from my father and self developed.

Mixing the simplicity and beauty of life given to me from two amazing countries, I share with you what I see though my lens.
